No. All age-appropriate residents of South Carolina may attend Libertas Academy, no matter where they live in the state.
Libertas Academy will use Core Knowledge, Eureka Math, and Core Virtues as our curriculum providers. Core Knowledge includes a health component.

Yes. Our students wear school uniforms that are available for purchase at the school. Our uniforms are cost effective and durable. Our students can leave behind the worry and stress of what they are wearing each day and simply focus and enjoy learning and playing with their friends!
Libertas Academy, Colleton will first open for 2025-26 school year serving grades 4K through 6th grade. Libertas Academy will add 7th grade for the 2026-27 school year, and will then add the 8th grade for the 2027-28 school year.
Yes - we have three sister schools across South Carolina. The first being Libertas Academy - Boiling Springs. The second is Greenwood Charter Academy and finally Cherokee Charter Academy, which is currently the top-performing public school in Cherokee County. We plan to bring that same level of success to Colleton County.
Full enrollment for the 2025-26 school year, known as open enrollment, will begin in early 2025. However, if you would like to stay up to date on all things Libertas Academy, Colleton, please fill out the form below. All parents that complete this form will be notified ahead of the general public and will have first priority enrollment for their child(ren).
